Terms for Guests

I. Reservation.
When the Guest books a stay at the holiday home called “Domus Coppola” (from now on, for brevity, also just “Structure”) he declares to know and accept all these conditions (Terms for Guests) indicated with Roman numerals I to V.
In particular, the Guest, when making the reservation, agrees to pay, for himself and for all other Guests, all charges resulting from the reservation itself (including the price indicated on the site, tourist taxes and any additional item indicated at the time of booking).
Furthermore, by making the reservation, the Guest declares to be aware that:
- the apartment – located in Salerno, at Largo Plebiscito 6 – is located on the first floor and is not served by a lift;
- breakfast is not included in the price;
- that the Structure does not have and does not offer a parking service;
- the municipal tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site; currently the tax in question is paid per person starting from 12 (twelve) years of age and is equal to €1.00 (in low season) and €1.50 (in high season) for each night of stay;
- Animals are not allowed in the apartment and parties are not allowed.
II. Access of the Facility Manager in exceptional cases.
Booking a stay at “Domus Coppola” constitutes a limited license to access, occupy and use the holiday home. However, the Facility Manager reserves the right to access the apartment during the Guest’s stay in exceptional cases, i.e. when this is reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
If the Guest stays in the apartment beyond the check-out time, the Manager has the right to induce him to vacate in accordance with the law in force (also through the imposition of reasonable penalties for staying beyond the end of the stay).
III. Cancellations and refunds.
In the case of cancellation of a Booking, the cancellation conditions are explained online.
There are two types of booking: a non-refundable one and a standard one which provides for no penalty up to 5 days before the arrival date and a 50% penalty between 4 days before the “No show” or failure to show up at the facility without pre-arranged communication.
IV. Responsibilities of the Guest.
The Guest (i.e. anyone who makes a reservation for a stay at the Property) is responsible for his or her actions and omissions, those of any other Guests and anyone invited to enter and stay in the holiday home. By way of example, this means that the Guest must:
- leave the apartment (as well as all the furniture and objects inside) in the conditions found upon arrival;
- pay all reasonable amounts of any claims for damages;
- always act ethically, treat others with respect and follow applicable laws.
The use of personal electronic devices in the Facility is permitted as long as it does not cause damage to the apartment and does not disturb the neighbors.
If the Guest also decides to book on behalf of a minor, it is necessary to have legal authorization to act on behalf of the latter and, in this case, He will be held responsible for the supervision of the minor.
V. Exemption from liability of the Structure.
The Facility invites the Guest not to keep valuable objects and/or money with them to the extent exceeding ordinary necessity and declines any responsibility for the disappearance of money, clothing, personal aids or valuables that may occur inside of the apartment. The Property is also exempted from any responsibility both for any harmful behavior by the Guest towards other Guests, and for injuries and/or accidents that may occur inside the apartment.
